Please read these terms carefully. Your use of this web site  constitutes your 
acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
 
All services provided by NOPsites.com may be used for lawful purposes only.  
Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in 
violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This 
includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material that is 
threatening or obscene, material that is "adult only" content, or material 
protected by trade secrets and other statue. NOPsites.com will be the sole 
authority as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. 
 
FEES 
Our service bills monthly, in advance, according to the Package selected by you 
at sign up. 
 
Payment for your NOPsites.com service will be made with a valid credit. You 
hereby authorize NOPsites.com. to charge your credit card for such amounts on a 
monthly basis, generally 30 days after your initial subscription. 
 
If, for some reason, we are unable to process your credit card order, we will 
attempt to contact you by email and we will suspend usage of your account until 
your payment can be processed.  
 
We are not responsible for lost information or business loss due to a declined 
or expired credit card. 
 
It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the 
domain you are signing up under. If there is ever a billing issue or we need to 
contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. It 
is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to 
date at all times. 
 
CANCELLATION 
The term of usage of NOPsites services is month to month. There are no long term 
contracts or financial commitments.  Account cancellations should be made 48 
hours before the monthly billing period with an email request to: 
admin@nopsites.com.  Once we receive your cancellation we will confirm with you 
via e-mail before your account will been canceled. 
 
REFUND 
You can cancel at any time but we do not issue any refund for the remaining days 
of your prepaid month. 
 
SPAM 
NOPsites.com does not condone spam which is defined as unsolicited bulk email, 
often called junk mail. By sending e-mail to only to those who have requested 
it, you are following accepted guidelines. 
 
Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without 
notice. 
 
DISCLAIMER 
NOPsites.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services 
we provide.  NOPsites shall not be responsible for any damages your business may 
suffer from the use of this website.  This includes loss of data resulting from 
delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions. 
 
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada 
without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using this web site, you 
irrevocably consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the 
State of Nevada. 
 
RESTRICTIONS ON USE 
This web site is owned and operated by NOPsites.com. This website and its 
contents are protected by domestic copyright laws and international treaties, 
and all rights are reserved. Neither this web site nor any of its content may be 
used without the express written consent of NOPsites.com. You acknowledge and 
agree that any downloadable content on this web site is licensed to you, for a 
legal purpose only, and is the sole property of NOPsites.com. No right, title or 
interest in such content is conveyed to you. 
 
AMENDMENT 
NOPsites.com may amend this agreement or the contents of the site at any time 
and at its sole discretion, without notice. 
 
If this policy meets with your approval and agreement to be bound by it, your 
payment indicates acceptance.
